Commercial Land & Property Solicitor | 5PQE+ | Upwards of £55k + Bonus| Bournemouth

A Legal 500 firm with a long-standing presence in Dorset and Somerset is looking to add a Commercial Land and Property Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer. This is a full-time, office-based role with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

• Broad caseload of commercial and/or agricultural property matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Supervising junior lawyers and support staff.
• Business development experience is desirable, and a local connection to the area would be a bonus.
