We are looking for a great lawyer to join our client’s renowned commercial & technology practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly professional team, advising and assisting on a wide variety of high-quality, commercial and technology projects. The team is renowned for commercial and technology and is recognised for commercial, data protection and information technology in Legal 500 and Chambers.

The practice undertakes a very wide range of high-quality commercial contract, advisory, IT and digital business-related work.

All members of the team advise on technology and commercial contracts including competition, consumer law, data protection, and franchising matters.

The firm is active in all sectors, including a particular focus on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising and technology.

You can expect to get involved in a huge range of work, with a fantastic client list which includes in-house legal teams, well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates as well as owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.

The team (and the wider firm) has a significant focus on international work and much of what they do has a cross-border dimension.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for strong team players with good inter-personal skills, good academics and high-quality experience.

Individuals who have a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication and negotiation skills.

The range of the work undertaken means we can accommodate a variety of experiences and aspirations: you might be a commercial lawyer or IT lawyer looking to continue this type of work, or a specialist competition or regulatory lawyer looking to broaden your practice to a wider variety of sectors or work types.
