The firm seeks to recruit a Commercial & IT Associate with 3+ years PQE, focusing on technology matters in their Guildford office.

The Commercial department is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, experiencing steady growth over the past two years with plans for further expansion. It is a vibrant, hardworking team with impressive achievements over the last five years.

You will join a growing Commercial / IT / Technology team with high expertise. The client base includes owner-managed businesses, celebrities, athletes, sports clubs, technology companies, gaming companies, and large PLCs.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial / IT / Technology Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE (no upper limit on experience)
• You will have strong technical knowledge and experience at a leading regional practice
• You will be commercially minded
• You must deliver the highest level of client service
