Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Build and partner with our businesses to formulate effective recruiting strategies at individual universities, conferences, and JPMorgan Chase events.
2. Develop and execute hiring initiatives.
3. Pre-screen candidates for assessment centers, ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, formulate selling strategies, and communicate updates to candidates regularly.
4. Represent the firm on campus and at conferences by presenting career opportunities.
5. Engage with Program Management and business partners to understand hiring needs and plan for future demand.
6. Build relationships with university representatives and key student organizations.
7. Ensure visibility of the Early Careers recruitment team and programs with management, schools, and key constituents.
8. Plan and manage Intern Programs, including orientation and continuing education.
9. Lead intern evaluation and selection process for full-time offers.
10. Measure hiring and experience success metrics for management review.
11. Obtain external benchmark data and share best practices on campus recruiting.
