Position Summary

You will be part of the D2C Channel Management and BI team, helping to deliver Samsung Electronics revenue targets and support new sales initiatives across 17 European Subsidiaries and 32 Markets. Working with all categories and functions to deliver best-in-class reporting and analytics to drive sales across the D2C channel and related storefronts!

Role And Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

As Commercial Intelligence Senior Manager, support the Head of Commercial Intelligence and Insights to deliver reporting and analytics aligned with business needs, on daily, weekly, and monthly bases. Responsibilities include:

  • Converting Management Plan into eStore metrics: creating divisional trading files, strategy files to monitor eStore performance, and generating actionable insights.
  • Creating bottom-up eStore Strategic Plans: consolidating plans by Storefront from all Markets for visibility and accountability.
  • Developing and delivering Weekly Channel Trading Packs to monitor performance and recommend contingency plans.
  • Preparing weekly trading meeting reports with insights, actions, and summaries for executive review.
  • Producing weekly billing reports, identifying concerns, and summarizing insights.
  • Monitoring forecast trends by Market, gathering insights, and producing summaries.
  • Generating quarterly reports for Business Reviews with underperforming Markets, collaborating with the Channel PIC for insights and action plans.
  • Delivering Demand Generation Reports for campaigns, working with campaign leads to meet requirements and optimize performance mid-flight.
  • Providing PCA analysis for each campaign, sharing learnings for future improvements.
  • Collaborating with the BI team to ensure current data streams are delivered and developing new streams as needed, including alignment with Suwon Big Data Centre.
  • Maintaining QLIK reporting solutions and reports to meet business needs.
  • Supporting multiple channels including D2C, EPP, SMB, Shop APP, and ePromoter with reporting requirements.
  • Optimizing report production for efficiency.
  • Providing training and guidance to ensure effective report engagement.

  • Clarifying report frameworks, purposes, and metrics, and setting expectations.
  • Providing direction and support to prioritize workload.
  • Developing the team through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Promoting inclusion and building trust within the team.
  • Ensuring effective communication and cascading relevant information.
  • Managing onboarding, offboarding, and the entire colleague lifecycle.
  • Overseeing annual performance cycles such as goal setting, evaluations, and salary reviews.
  • Ensuring team compliance with company policies and values.
