Must Have s

Proven experience working within the insurance sector

A strong background in sales and/or customer service

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

High levels of organisation and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Nice to have s

Experience working with e-trade platforms or online insurance systems

A track record of exceeding sales targets or KPIs

Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services

Using e-trade tools and liaising with insurers to create competitive policy offerings

Managing your sales pipeline, maximising results, and contributing to team success
