Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Commercial Seller in Bourne & Sleaford to proactively prospect and build relationships with commercial and personal insurance customers. You will advise on NFU Mutual products to differentiate our offering and win sustainable new business.

The role requires 2+ years in UK commercial insurance, a proactive, client-focused approach, and the ability to develop a strong sales pipeline while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK Commercial Insurance.
• Cert CII qualifications / part-qualified preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and build relationships with commercial and personal insurance customers.
• Advise on NFU Mutual insurance products and differentiate our offering to win new business.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets across income streams and maintain compliant practices.
