Qualifications

• Proven track record in a commercial insurance environment.
• Customer-facing role with a focus on service excellence.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance; rural/agricultural risk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, developing long-term relationships that support their specific requirements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to contribute to business growth.
• Deliver high standards of service and follow through on commitments to customers.
• Build strong working relationships across the team and with key contacts.
• Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of commercial clients and handle queries and account matters.
• Review client needs and spot opportunities to broaden cover.
• Process customer instructions and maintain compliant documentation.
• Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Keep technical and professional knowledge up to date through ongoing development.
