Do you have management experience in Commercial Insurance? Hybrid working- Clark James insurance Recruitment have a fantastic and interesting new opportunity with a leading and good sized Commercial Insurance Brokers in mid Kent with good transport links and free parking.

They are currently looking for a dynamic individual from a Commercial/Corporate Insurance background with a good understanding of the market and technical knowledge of the products.

You must already have managerial experience or be someone with drive and energy looking to move up to this level. The priority is to support the Account Executives and Directors in Retention, Growth and New Business. You will also help enhance and improve the overall performance and success of the business and team so the successful applicant will have a strong drive to help grow the business as well as improve and streamline plus will engage with Insurer partners and other stakeholders.

Duties

• You will actively lead and motivate your team so that they perform at their best.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members, create a positive work environment, this improving productivity and collaboration.
• Monitor the progress and performance of your team members and evaluate their work against set goals and standards
• You will also be very much involved in key corporate client servicing, new business, renewals and the general relationship management associated
