• Handle new business quotation enquiries, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills; meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Co-operative and supportive team player.
• Experience broking across liability, property, and financial lines.

Responsibilities

• Meet Renewal Retention and/or New Business targets to support budget/KPIs.
• Conduct thorough pre-renewal reviews, identify client needs and gaps in cover.
• Perform insurer/market reviews and recommend suitable policies.
• Invite policies within regulatory guidelines and ensure renewals on time.
• Review client documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure documents are issued within contract timelines.
• Discuss additional covers with clients as appropriate.
• Oversee debt management and flag any bad debt to line manager.
