Job summary

Everywhen is seeking an Account Handler to support an Account Executive in the daily management of the commercial lines client portfolio. This includes setting up actions from new business quotes, mid-term adjustments and renewals.

You will be the first point of contact for client and provider queries, building professional relationships and delivering proactive service across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Essential: Background in Commercial Insurance including commercial combined, contractors, property owners and fleet.
• Ideal: MLP and Cyber experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proactive attitude and initiative; attention to detail under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, influencing and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the assigned portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
• Achieve agreed retention rates and cross-selling targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and insurers at all levels.
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients and providers.
• Respond pro-actively to queries from clients and insurers.
• Resolve discrepancies in provider documentation before sending to clients.
• Maintain client records in line with systems and protocols.
• Provide proactive telephone handling for internal and external contracts.
