Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Belfast

MCS Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a highly renowned, global insurance broker based in Belfast.

The Role

As the successful Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will predominantly work with larger NI & GB business (spend-wise), take a lead on pre-renewal docs, reports, etc. and present / take queries from clients:

• Pre-renewal documentation, renewal reports
• Negotiation of terms, presenting of terms to clients (when required)
• Management of varied commercial risks within the market
• Provision of expert and prompt advice to clients regarding insurance needs
• Ensuring individual client\'s cases are completed effectively and accurately
• Strict compliance with company policies and procedures

The Person

The successful Commercial Insurance Account Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in a Commercial Insurance or Corporate Insurance role within brokerage
• Excellent client-facing manner and experience
• Strong communication skills
• Skilled in dealing with technical insurance issues and dealing with a varied client base of various sizes and complexity
