What we're looking for:

1. 2-4 years' experience in deal analysis or financial modelling (music/media preferred)
2. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
3. Strong skills in tools like Airtable, Tableau, or Looker
4. Experience with royalties, licensing, or catalogue data
5. Clear communicator with cross-functional team experience
