Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking an innovative, detail-oriented Analyst to join PlayStation Services. You will support analytics for the PlayStation Plus business, delivering insights to inform commercial decisions and strategy across a global organization.

You will build reporting tools, measure initiative impact on subscriptions, and collaborate with stakeholders across GSBO and data teams, using SQL, Python, Airflow, Tableau and Domo.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, ideally within digital entertainment or subscription services.
• Strong SQL, Python and/or R, plus Excel/Sheets.
• Able to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and insights.
• Experience creating data visualisations, dashboards and reports.
• Experience applying QA practices including documentation, peer review and code review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of commercial and content engagement trends to inform decisions.
• Leverage multiple data sources to evaluate benefit performance and revenue optimization.
• Provide analysis on KPI impact on content engagement and subscriptions.
• Use SQL, Python, Airflow, Tableau, Domo to scale data delivery for the Services team.
• Partner with GSBO and other teams to translate data into business insights.
• Collaborate with data teams across SIE to share learnings and expertise.
