Job Description:

A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is needed to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The role involves working within an established in-house legal team on projects of national significance.

The successful candidate will benefit from flexible working arrangements but must attend the office in the South East at least once a week.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on engineering and construction matters related to infrastructure projects
• Managing the lifecycle of PFI contracts
