A major organisation in the South East is seeking a Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor for an in-house role within their established legal team. The role requires expertise in managing PFI contracts and offers flexible working arrangements, providing a unique opportunity to work on significant national projects.

A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor will be joining an established in-house legal team and handling a range of work of national significance.
The successful candidate will benefit from flexible working arrangements but will need to attend the office in South East England at least once a week.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, commercial risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of PFI contract lifecycle management, focusing on contract handback, asset condition assessment, and legal and financial compliance.
Experience in construction law or public procurement is advantageous but not essential.
