Job summary

M.E. Flow, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to safety standards. The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in HVAC service or installation.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for HVAC work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass periodic drug tests and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Expertly diagnose, install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues and provide expert solutions.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and recommended improvements.
• Complete invoices, timesheets, and warranty forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the service vehicle in a clean, organized state.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and ensure minimal downtime.
• Keep up-to-date with HVAC technologies, trends, and safety regulations.
