Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Service Engineer for commercial projects based in Medway, Kent, with works across London, Essex and Kent. You will service and maintain commercial systems, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2+ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, have F-Gas Cat 1, and are prepared for overtime with door-to-door pay. A supportive team and clear progression paths are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service / Maintenance Engineer.
• F-Gas Certified (Category 1).
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across Kent and East London.
• Work on projects individually, and on larger projects with a team of up to three.
• Complete service and compliance records for all projects.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and industry standards are followed when completing projects.
• Participate in emergency or weekend call out rota as required.
• Conduct initial fault finding and diagnostic testing on client equipment.
