Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a lead installer with metal and fiberglass duct
• Experience with RTUs
• Proficiency in brazing, purging, control wiring, charging, and system startup
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literacy
• EPA certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Satisfactory completion of background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report
