Job summary

SER Limited in London is seeking an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer for a full-time, permanent role covering London and Greater London. You will maintain and service commercial heating systems and plant rooms across sites such as offices and schools, with a mix of planned and reactive maintenance.

Applicants must hold current commercial gas certificates and a full UK driving licence; holding Fgas certificates is a major advantage and could boost the salary above the base.

Job description

Position: Commercial Heating Engineer

Location: London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: up to £55,000 as a basic, plus package (potential for more if this person also has Fgas)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering London and Greater London.

This engineer will be working for a large facilities company that have commercial sites throughout London and Greater London.

This engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating systems and plant rooms for sites that include offices, schools etc.

The right person for this position will already have a working background as a commercial heating engineer. They need to be holding current commercial gas certificates as well as a full UK driving licence. It would be a major advantage if this engineer was a HVAC Engineer holding the Fgas certificates as well as the commercial gas certificates. This will increase the basic salary.
