Commercial/Healthcare Lawyer (Procurement) 4+ To £££

This leading national firm with a highly regarded healthcare/projects team is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to focus on commercial contracts and procurement across the NHS and the independent health sector. You will be working on a range of commercial transactions including:

1. Joint ventures, collaborations and partnerships
2. Outsourcing, insourcing and shared services
3. Health and local government integration
4. A wide variety of B2B and B2C contracts in the independent health and social care markets

You will also be involved in procurement matters and will provide advice to central government departments, NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts, local authorities and housing associations on structuring and supporting procurements.
