Are you interested in having a pivotal role shaping the optimal healthcare ecosystem, that our customers can access for support with their healthcare? We’re launching two exciting Commercial Lead roles at AXA Health which may be right for you!
Working with Head of Healthcare Design and Performance and the wider Commercial team, you’ll be responsible for managing initiatives and supporting oversight of the cost, quality, and outcome effectiveness of the end-to-end healthcare our customers take. You’ll design, drive, and manage a range of activities. You’ll ensure effective systems are in place to monitor end-to-end quality and value of healthcare in a range of specialties (including musculoskeletal (MSK) and surgical specialties, digital and primary care, and medical specialities and oncology).Relevant clinical experience is preferred, but most important is clear experience of delivering impact in a similar or directly transferable role.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
