Braintree District Council is recruiting a Commercial Support Team Manager to lead the Sales and Markets teams across the district. The role focuses on performance, workloads and staff wellbeing, coaching and development, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will identify opportunities to increase income, strengthen market presence and deliver innovative commercial initiatives aligned with the Council's objectives, using data to improve services.

Formación

• Significant people management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong commercial acumen and data interpretation.
