Qualifications

Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the built environment.
Knowledge and understanding of PFI and PPP.
Operated at a senior level and capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
Marketing and sales experience.

Responsibilities

Lead new business and product development.
Ownership of contract and pricing; and focus on marketing and communications.
Develop services and product with innovation to bring optimisation, efficiency and better value to the business and clients.
Draft bids and proposals in response to tenders and requests.
Support colleagues on opportunities at inception, whether origination, primary or secondary deals.
Draft and negotiate contract documents and agreements.
