Colgate-Palmolive is launching its Commercial Graduate Programme in the UK, based in Woking. You will join a two-year rotation, engaging with UK retailers and cross‑functional teams across Brand, e‑Commerce, and Supply Chain to help drive growth and visibility for iconic brands.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and participate in a formal development plan while contributing to real business impact from day one.

Competenze

• Final year student or recent graduate with a 2:1 or above.
• Right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.
• Interested in FMCG, brands, retail trends and consumer behaviour.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Build partnerships with major retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Work with Brand, Category and Shopper teams to develop joint growth plans.
• Analyse commercial data and manage investment invoicing and financials.
• Collaborate with field sales to execute promotions in stores and maximise sales.
