Job summary

JLL Workplace Management at Culham Campus is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to maintain and service commercial and domestic gas systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation of all gas-fired plant. You will work within a high-specification technical environment, delivering safety, compliance and operational excellence across the campus.

The role requires Gas Safe Registration for commercial and domestic installations, plus extensive knowledge of HTHW systems and related safety standards.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registration for commercial and domestic installations (essential).
• CODNCO1 - Natural gas core competency.
• CIGA1 - Combustion performance analysis.
• ICPN1 - Installation of meters and emergency controls.
• TPCP1 / TPCP1A - Non-domestic gas safety and pipework.
• Burner qualifications on site relevant to the plant.
• BOAS - Burner technician competency.
• AP10 - Medical gas systems qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and repair of gas systems and equipment.
• Regular plantroom and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Emergency breakdown response and fault diagnosis.
• Maintain training records and maintenance logs for compliance.
