Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Document service activities, including reports and parts usage.
• Collaborate with the engineering and office team to provide feedback on product performance and remedial actions.

Experience Required
