Job summary

Red Rock Consultants Ltd is recruiting a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a respected building services company. You will install, service and maintain commercial gas systems across sites with a focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include maintenance, fault diagnosis, servicing and customer-facing service with nationwide travel. A full UK driving licence and current gas qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Commercial Gas Engineer.
• Relevant commercial gas qualifications and current certifications.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Undertake servicing, inspections and safety checks in line with current legislation and industry standards.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements and relevant gas regulations.
• Complete job sheets, service reports and other required documentation accurately.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service when attending client sites.
• Travel UK-wide to carry out scheduled works and respond to service requirements.
• Identify opportunities to recommend remedial works and improvements where necessary.
