Job summary

RGB Network in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to cover service, maintenance and installation work across the M4 corridor and beyond. The role offers a varied workload with projects in London, Cardiff, Reading and Newbury and opportunities for career development.

You will have at least five years post-qualification experience in commercial gas, a strong background in servicing and maintenance, and the flexibility to travel and stay away when required.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5 years post-qualification experience in commercial gas engineering.
• Experience in commercial gas servicing, maintenance and breakdowns.
• Experience with commercial heating and mechanical installations.
• Ability to travel and occasionally stay away overnight.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial gas and heating systems.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive breakdown repairs.
• Installing commercial gas and heating systems.
• Undertaking mechanical installation work, including pipework, pump sets and related plumbing and heating systems.
• Working across a variety of commercial sites and projects.
• Participating in a shared out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Travelling to sites across the region and further afield, with occasional overnight stays where required.
