Commercial Gas Engineer – Queen Mary University – Covering 3 sites only

I am representing an excellent building services company in need of a Semi Static Commercial Gas Engineer to operate across three campuses at Queen Mary University in East London.

The company employs over 150 staff across various disciplines including heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical, and general M&E maintenance.

Site Cluster

All sites are within 1 square mile of each other in Mile End/Whitechapel, London.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Plant Room Maintenance
• Commercial Boilers & Burners

Package

• Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 basic
• Van, fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone, and training provided
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with half-hour lunch
• Private use of van allowed
• Overtime available
• Call out duty (1 in 7 basis) with £200/week retainer, paid at x1.5 door-to-door
• SSP (Statutory Sick Pay)
• 28 days holiday per annum
• Engineer provides own hand tools
• Company pension scheme
• 6-month probation period
