Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to service and repair spray booths for blue-chip clients. The role covers a regional patch across South London, Kent and Sussex, with a 40-hour week and overtime paid at 1.5x.

A van and fuel card are provided, along with training and progression opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a gas engineering background, commercial experience, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Gas Engineer with Commercial qualifications/experience.
• Based near Croydon with a full driving licence.
• Experience with spray booths or HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing and breakdown repairs on spray booths.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades as required.
• Work across a regional patch including South London, Kent and Sussex.
• Work a 40 hour week with overtime paid at 1.5x.
• Travel to customer sites with a company van.

Are you a Gas Engineer from a Commercial background looking for a varied role working on specialist Spray booths for a range of blue-chip clients across a regional patch within a leading company known for looking after and developing their staff who offer door-to-door pay and uncapped overtime to greatly increase your earnings? This industry-leading company are a manufacturer and distributor of spray booths for a broad range of clients across numerous industries including automotive, aerospace and rail. They have seen continual growth in the past 30 years and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team. This varied role will see you working autonomously as you carry out a range of PPM in addition to some reactive breakdown work, upgrades and component installation on specialist spray booths. You will cover a regional patch (primarily within South London, Kent and Sussex), working a 40 hour week with any overtime and further travel paid at 1.5x. The Role
