Role : Commercial Gas Engineer
Basic Salary £41,000 up to £44,000 / 40hr working week / 34 days holiday / Travel paid after 30mins either side / Enhanced pension /1 in 7 on call /Health care / Life assurance / Van / Fuel card / Tools / Uniform

Contracts – Retailers and council buildings

We are now looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to work mainly across our Retails sites. We are looking for someone who is able to be flexible due to one of our clients requesting ppm work to be carried out during the night. We try and keep our engineers 1.5 – 2 hours away from home each day .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, repair and breakdown of all commercial heating equipment
• Field based meeting clients – Customer facing position

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1,COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1,CoNGLP1PD )
• Oftec, LPG or FGAS Qualification would also be an advantage
• Full Driver’s Licence

Package:

• Basic Salary up to £44,000 salary (potentially 42K for the right candidate) to be reviewed at end of the year
• 40 hours per week – 8-5 with 1 hr lunch included
• Travel paid after 30mins each way
• On call rota 1 in 7 ( £125 standby) – minimum 4 hours paid
• Overtime rates paid after 42 hours
• 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
