Job summary

ARM is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician based in Oxfordshire with coverage across High End Domestic properties, Private Schools and Colleges. The role involves maintenance of boilers, heating, plumbing and ventilation systems, with on-call rotations and installation work where required.

The ideal candidate holds an indentured apprenticeship and relevant boiler, gas safe and unvented systems qualifications. Up-to-date safety training and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Indentured Apprentice qualification.
• Boiler Burner Training certification.
• City & Guilds/NVQ recognised qualifications.
• Gas Safe Qualification for Domestic & Commercial works & Pipework.
• Oftec qualification.
• Experience with Unvented systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Maintenance to boilers, heating, plumbing & ventilation systems.
• Attend to repairs, breakdowns and fault finding.
• Participate in the 24/7 call out rota on rotation.
• Installation of pipework & plumbing, replacing electro/mechanical components.
• Working at heights.
• Capable of completing paperwork and following through on fault diagnosis, ordering spares etc.
• Completion of reports, assist, prepare and submit quotations to clients.
