Job summary

Red Rock Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their building services team. You will carry out maintenance, servicing and installations on commercial gas systems across the West Midlands and nationwide, ensuring highest standards of safety and compliance.

The role is full-time and permanent with a salary up to £48,000 per annum. Travel UK-wide is required, and overtime is optional.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Commercial Gas Engineer.
• Relevant commercial gas qualifications and current industry certifications.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Undertake servicing, inspections and safety checks in line with current legislation and industry standards.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements and gas regulations.
• Complete job sheets, service reports and documentation accurately.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service on client sites.
• Travel UK-wide to carry out scheduled works and respond to service requirements.
• Identify opportunities to recommend remedial works and improvements where necessary.
