Commercial Gas Engineer - Sheffield

Location: Sheffield (Mobile)

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Door-to-Door Travel Paid

About the Role: RG Setsquare are working with a reputable client in the commercial gas engineering sector. Our client, a trusted provider of gas maintenance services, is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. You\'ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as well as small project works across a variety of sites, including restaurants and hospitals, across the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial gas appliances, including boilers, heating systems, and cold water systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, delivering safe working environments for clients.
• Undertake small project works, such as installations, upgrades, and system modifications, where required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Diagnose faults and repair gas appliances to the highest standards.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports promptly and accurately.

Key Requirements

• Commercial Gas qualifications (ACS - Commercial & Domestic Gas certifications).
• Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance (experience with restaurants and hospitals is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of reactive and planned maintenance processes.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving license (company van provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
