Qualifications

• Participate in 24/7 emergency call-out rota.

About the Role

• Hours:8am – 5pm
• Type:Full-time, Permanent
• Location:Mobile – Central & Greater London (within the M25)
• Call-Out Rota:1 in 7 weeks
• Reporting To:Bishops Stortford Head Office

This role includes participation in our 24/7/365 emergency call-out rota – a vital part of our commitment to excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications (Required):

• Commercial gas certifications

Additional Qualifications (Desirable – attract enhanced salary):

• Oil
• Electrical
• Plumbing

Experience & Skills:

• Sound knowledge of commercial/domestic appliances and maintenance
• Strong technical and fault-finding capabilities
• Familiar with heating systems, BMS, controls, pumps, DMZ valves, plate exchangers
• Ability to diagnose and resolve heating, hot water, and cold-water issues
• Professional, flexible, and confident communicator

Other Essentials:

• Gas Safe registered
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable using tablets/PDAs
• Willingness to support other trades when needed
• Applicants must be currently living in the UK and authorised to work here.
• You must live within a commutable distance to Central London.
