Qualifications

• Must have commercial gas qualifications: COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A.
• Proven experience in commercial gas systems installation and maintenance required.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills essential.

Overview

About the Company
Our client is a well-established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building services solutions across the commercial, industrial sectors.

Role

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas systems and associated plant across various client sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on commercial gas appliances and systems.
• Undertake installation and commissioning of commercial boilers, burners, and heating systems.
• Complete all compliance documentation and service reports accurately.
• Diagnose system faults and recommend solutions or upgrades.
• Work closely with the wider M&E team to support project delivery.
• Ensure all work meets current Gas Safe, health, and safety standards.

Skills & Experience

• Commercial Gas Qualifications (ACS): COCN1 / CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance and installation.
• Strong technical and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
