• Clean driving licence required.

Overview

Commercial Gas Service / Breakdown Engineer – Midlands & UK travel. Salary £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + overtime. Van, fuel card, tools & benefits.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance & breakdowns of commercial gas/heating systems


• Fault finding, diagnostics & first-time fixes


• Servicing & safety checks to ensure compliance with gas regulations


• Installation of commercial boilers and plant when required


• Liaising with clients & ensuring works are completed to the highest standard

Qualifications

• ACS-qualified with relevant commercial gas tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, COMCAT etc.)


• Strong commercial experience - service, repair & breakdowns


• Knowledge of test equipment & boiler controls


• Flexible, mobile approach - covering multiple sites across the Midlands & wider UK


• Full UK (clean) driving licence

• Paid door-to-door (less 30 mins travel + 1 hr lunch)


• Out-of-hours rota (1 in 6-8 weeks) - £100 standby, £40 first hour, additional hours at time & half
