ERS SCOTLAND LIMITED is recruiting an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join its Service Division across the Central belt on a full-time permanent basis. The role entails servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial gas and HVAC plant in varied settings including hotels, hospitality and offices.

The package includes up to £48,000 basic salary, paid travel time, a company van with personal use, overtime on weekends and clear career progression opportunities.

Formación

• Recognised apprenticeship as a baseline qualification.
• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications required.
• Strong fault-finding and servicing experience on commercial gas systems.
• Good all-round mechanical knowledge (HVAC/plumbing advantageous).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas appliances and HVAC plant.
• PPMs and reactive breakdowns on boilers, water heaters, radiant tube heaters and warm air heaters.
• Fault finding on commercial heating, plumbing, HVAC and basic electrical systems.
• Maintenance of pumps, pressurisation units, valves, expansion vessels and associated plant.
• Carry out gas safety inspections, health & safety compliance and reactive quotations.

Due to continued growth, a leading Technical FM & HVAC specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join its expanding Service Division covering the Central belt on a full time permanent basis.

Working across a varied portfolio including luxury hotels, hospitality, student accommodation, large office buildings and retail environments, you'll carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault finding on commercial gas and HVAC plant.

• Overtime Available (paid at x2 all weekend)

The Role:
