Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer for our client, a successful M&E Contractor based in South West London. They provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 120 properties across London and the Home Counties, including residential apartment blocks, communal HVAC plant, commercial office spaces, mixed development buildings, schools, colleges, and nursing homes.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. At least 4 years of experience working on commercial boilers and plant rooms
2. Valid in-date ACS commercial qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1
3. Full UK driving license
4. Be based within a commutable distance of London and the M25

Responsibilities include providing service, repair, and maintenance on commercial-sized boilers and heating appliances across various sites including hotels, offices, and leisure centres. The role involves travelling around London and the surrounding areas.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary ranging from £48,000 to approximately £55,000, depending on experience
• 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (20 days in the first year)
• Overtime at 1.5x and double time
• Call-out rota: 1 in 8 with a £150 standby payment
