Full time (Monday to Friday), permanent 8am – 4:30pm

About the Role

Our skilled and friendly engineers are passionate about contributing to every commercial and industrial project we undertake. From setting up space heating systems to tending to warm air heaters and radiant heating units, our team is committed to delivering excellence to both our established and new clients.

As a Commercial Install, Repair and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the reactive and preventive maintenance of commercial Gas heating and Boilers at business premises around the North West & North Wales. This will include gas boiler repair, Radiant heating, Warm air heating, servicing, and testing. You may also be involved in commercial catering checks (if qualified) as well as new installation work.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial Gas boilers, Warm air heating, Radiant heating & HVAC Systems

Gas-safe inspections and remedial work

Conduct electrical fault finding and basic electrical testing

Installation Work as required

Compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Accurate record-keeping

Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Gas Service Engineer

Minimum of 1 year validity on all gas certification qualifications

Formal City & Guilds Commercial Qualification

Good fault-finding skills and knowledge of general heating systems.

Basic electrical testing knowledge.

COCN1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CENWAT, CoNGLP1PD

Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

Full, clean UK driving licence required

Desirable:

IPAF & PASMA

CSCS Card

COM CAT (Commercial Catering) experience

HVAC experience

FGAS

LPG
