Responsibilities

• Support sites in planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain and service commercial gas and heating systems.
• Provide technical guidance on regulations and procedures.
• Deliver scheduled and reactive maintenance services.
• Assist in identifying and delivering minor capital works.

What you'll get to do:

• Support the sites in delivering building services planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Maintain,service,fault find,and test commercial gas and heating systems
• Provide technical guidance on processes,procedures,statutory regulations,approved codes of practice,and HTMs
• Deliver scheduled,reactive,and remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers
• Work with and support the projects/construction team and technical services supervisor in identifying,scoping,and delivering minor capital works

What we're looking for:

• Current in-date domestic and commercial gas certification (essential)
• Previous experience working within a building maintenance environment
• Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20
