Job summary

Rutherford Briant is recruiting a Financial Controller for a PE-backed specialist services business in the UK. The role sits on the leadership team and offers a hands-on, commercially oriented finance remit as the business enters an exciting growth phase.

Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, you will own the day-to-day finance function, strengthen controls, drive reporting, systems and processes, and play a key role in future acquisitions and integration.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant finance function experience.
• Strong track record in management reporting and controls.
• Commercially aware and able to partner with operational leaders.

Responsibilities
