Axon Moore Group Ltd is partnering with a rapidly growing SME in Sidcup to recruit a Commercial Financial Controller who will be the number one in finance and partner closely with the Managing Director. The role will drive finance strategy, governance, and performance across the business.

You will oversee audit, statutory accounts and a growing finance team, delivering robust reporting, controls and insights to support commercial decisions. There is a clear pathway to FD as the business scales.

Commercial Financial Controller £70,000 - £80,000 Sidcup Large SME No.1 in Finance

Axon Moore is pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing SME in Sidcup as they look to professionalise their finance department and make it a true partner to the business.

This new role, a Commercial Financial Controller (or Senior Finance Business Partner), will be the number one in finance, working hand-in-hand with the Managing Director of the business.

The business is growing via acquisition and winning new clients around the region and the finance function is no longer strong enough to cope with their demands. The business requires a strong individual capable of doing all the technical aspects of finance (managing the audit, producing accounts, managing an ambitious finance team, improving reporting, controls and processes), and also be strong enough to strategically partner with the business (develop KPI's, critique commercial leavers, develop stronger management information, influence non-finance SLT members).

This is a dynamic role for a business minded individual who wants to be part of a vibrant growning business. There will be ongoing progression and development opportunities as this business scales, and they will have a clear pathway to FD.
