Job summary

Butler Rose recruits for a growing business in Leighton Buzzard seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and drive business performance.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, planning and KPI reporting, with responsibility for identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Deliver meaningful management information, analysis and KPI reporting.
• Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improved profitability.
• Support business cases, investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Challenge and influence stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
