Working with senior leadership, you will provide financial insight, model forecasting and partner with operational teams to drive growth and strategic investment.

The role covers business partnering, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with emphasis on using data and modern technology (including AI) to improve reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE; professional finance qualification.
• Experience in growing or scaling business.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Confidence challenging and influencing stakeholders.
• Balancing commercial opportunity with financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams.
• Producing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Developing financial models and forecasting future performance.
• Analysing investment opportunities and providing data-led recommendations.
• Identifying commercial risks with practical solutions.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
