Job summary

Axon Moore Group Ltd in Pontefract is recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to lead business partnering with senior management and key customers. You will develop and present financial insights, build robust MI reports, and drive costing and profitability analysis to support budgeting and strategic decisions.

Working with the FD and finance team, you will shape reporting improvements as the business grows, leveraging technology to streamline data and deliver clear, value-added information

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or QBE.
• Experience in a commercial finance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functions.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems to develop reporting and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering with senior management, operations and commercial teams as well as key customers.
• Present and communicate information internally to finance and non-finance colleagues.
• Reviewing performances and creating reliable and accurate financial and MI reports to add value to those areas.
• Cost modelling and review of costing submissions.
• Provide detailed analysis of product/customer profitability and margins.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
