As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll be a key strategic partner to the Head of Finance and Divisional CFO within our £600m Nutrition business.

Managing a high-performing team, you'll go beyond the numbers-turning data into decisions, shaping pricing strategies, and challenging commercial teams to maximise profit and growth.

Responsibilities

• Business partner with stakeholders across the Nutrition division to identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and margin improvements
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales and margin performance to senior stakeholders
• Act as one of the key owners of divisional KPIs, ensuring the right metrics drive decision-making at pace
• Define, shape and track pricing strategy-assessing initial impact and measuring ongoing performance
• Partner with commercial teams on trading decisions, ensuring ROI-driven offers and campaigns
• Deliver profit improvement initiatives and model the impact of trading strategies under different scenarios

Requirements

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
• Commercially sharp and data-driven, with the ability to turn analysis into actionable strategy
• Experienced people leader, able to motivate and develop a team
• Excel wizardry and comfort working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
• Strong communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders across functions
• CIMA / ACCA qualification preferred although not a prerequisite
