Commercial Finance Manager - 13-14 Month FTC | £70k + bonus | West London | Start Aug/Sept

We're working with a well-known global consumer brand seeking a hands-on Commercial Finance Manager to join on a 13-14 month maternity cover FTC. The role is set to start between mid-August and early September.

About the role:

This is a classic commercial finance role focused on partnering with department leads across Marketing, People, Product, Digital, and more. You'll be responsible for owning OPEX budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance analysis, and cost centre reviews. Ideal for someone confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across central cost areas
  • Deliver month-end reporting, variance analysis, and reforecasting
  • Prepare and post journals for actuals
  • Own monthly cost reviews with department heads
  • Manage and develop one direct report
  • Support broader finance team during month-end close

Working model:

  • 3 days a week in the office (West London)
  • Flexible start/finish times

Package:

  • £70,000 base salary

Start date:
