We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team! In this key role, you’ll be a strategic business partner to the Europe & LATAM Sales team, helping drive revenue growth and optimize booking value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing finance and commercial input and support to the Regional Leadership Team
  • Support Sales team in Deal structuring ensuring to maximize and optimize Revenue Recognition, Bookings, Total Contract Value (TCV), and Annual Recurring Revenues
  • Ensuring accurate Revenue Recognition according to IFRS15 and IFS policies
  • Advise on financial implications of management and commercial decisions
  • Support the Sales team in closing deals
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and FP&A teams forecasting Bookings
  • Ensure commercial and financial compliance in line with policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including, the finance team, auditors, budget holders, and customers.
  • Support Ad hoc financial projects as and when required
  • Must be able to work with all areas of the business and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
Qualifications
  • Finance professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably in IT/software industries.
  • Experienced in supporting sales and consulting organizations.
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15 or ASC 606).
  • Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
